What should I text for the fastest quote?
Send your exact location, vehicle year/make/model, what happened, and one or two clear photos when useful. Never stand in moving traffic to take a photo.
Do you change regular tires?
The roadside service is a spare swap: your damaged wheel is removed and your own road-ready spare is installed. Full tire mounting and balancing are not offered roadside.
Do you provide vehicle lockouts?
No. Lockout and key services are not offered. For keys locked in a vehicle, contact a licensed locksmith or your roadside membership provider.
Can I book services outside midnight hours?
Yes. Overnight is the main availability, but roadside assistance, diagnostics, repairs, hauling, and junk removal can all be scheduled outside those hours by appointment. Call or text (919) 289-9406 to discuss the job and confirm availability.
How does payment work?
The quote is approved before work begins. Card payments are accepted, and payment is due when the work is complete.
Do you offer hauling and junk removal?
Yes. Hauling and junk removal are available by appointment during the day, evening, weekend, or overnight. Text photos of the material, pickup location, stairs or access details, and your preferred date for an upfront quote.
